Pediatric Therapy is.....

Pediatric Therapy addresses a child's unique needs. Pediatric Occupational and Physical Therapists are specifically trained to evaluate and assess childrens development and identify any challenges that may be affecting his/her function.

Pediatric therapists are licensed healthcare professionals and must complete additional training each year to maintain their licensure. This training allows therapists to be current in their field and pursue specialized training in certain areas.

A childs work is play!

Pediatric therapists use fun therapeutic play and equipment to engage a child to improve their function and skills. The goal of therapy is to help a child   achieve his/her full potential which will improve their relationships, confidence, and quality of life. Training the family is an important part of therapy because it increases the child's potential for success.
