About Us


It all started when...

Jennifer Bridges, Physical Therapist, and Nichole Adamos, Occupational Therapist R/L, opened Little Hands Little Feet Pediatric Therapy practice in April 2010. We are committed to providing exceptional pediatric occupational and physical therapy services by helping children achieve their fullest potential.

We have a combined 28 years of therapy experience and 22 years of pediatric experience. We have been working together for 8 years on the Eastern Shore providing early intervention services to children birth to three, school-based services, and outpatient services. We are both certified early interventionists in the state of Virginia.

Nichole Adamos received her associates in Occupational Therapy in 1997. She returned to school and earned her Master's degree of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2002 from the College of Misericordia in Dallas, PA. She is married to her husband Bert and they have two boys, Brandon and Kaden. She began working for Shore Rehab as the pediatric occupational therapist in May of 2003. She has experience providing services to children birth to three through Early Intervention, school-based services, and outpatient therapy. She currently provides occupational therapy through Early Intervention. Nichole has a Level One Certification in Handwriting Without Tears. She is passionate about working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Sensory Processing Disorders.

Jennifer Bridges received her bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of New England, Biddeford, Maine in 1995. She currently lives in Machipongo with her husband Robert, daughter Rowan, 15 chickens, 2 goats, a miniature donkey, and 3 cats. She moved to the Shore as a traveling Physical Therapist in 1997 and began working for Shore Rehab. Jennifer became the Rehab Supervisor of Pediatrics in 2003 until the summer of 2007. She currently provides services to children birth to three through Early Intervention, and contract school based-services in Accomack and Northampton County School systems. Jennifer is committed to providing quality care to the children of the Eastern Shore.
